The Coast Guard Academy needs you to help us find the next generation of men and women of character to lead the nation. The United States Coast Guard defends America by protecting the environment, saving lives, enforcing maritime laws, safeguarding our economic prosperity and securing the homeland. • 1 Feb Admissions Application Deadline
  January 27, 2012
  The 1 Feb 2012 deadline remains in effect for all those students submitting their application. The deadline for recommenders to submit online has been extended to 8 Feb 2012.

  The Weather Channel has a new series that features the Coast Guard unit based in Kodiak, Alaska. It is an elite team that risks their lives in search and rescue missions. The series airs Wednesdays on The Weather Channel.

  Partners will no longer be able to see detailed application progress (recommendation letters, pfe, transcript, etc) by selecting the student's name. This information is no longer available since we have changed to a new contractor for the online application and information is not being passed between databases.
